We provide end‑to‑end RAP support for large capital projects:
- Cadastral surveys & land titling for acquired assets and resettlement areas, including the Tilenga RAP1 industrial area, cemetery, and village sites—36 land titles processed.
- Asset valuation & compensation support across multiple RAPs (Tilenga RAPs 2, 3A, 3B, 4 & 5), ensuring fair, defensible valuations aligned with the Chief Government Valuer and project requirements.
- Landowner consent & compliance: cadastral survey within the facilities corridor to obtain written consent from landowners under Section 135 of the Petroleum Act (2013).
- Resettlement site suitability checks, boundary demarcation with mark stones, survey computations, job record jackets, deed plans, and title processing via District Land Boards and Physical Planning Committees.
- PAP monitoring & livelihoods: quarterly monitoring of 550 PAPs—verifying garden status, conducting DGPS garden surveys, vulnerability assessments, and advising on productivity while reinforcing cut‑off date rules.
Proven community-scale delivery: We’ve executed systematic adjudication and certification in Mbarara, Kiruhura, Ibanda, and Rwampara—15,980 peri‑urban and 15,080 rural parcels—through intensive sensitization, ALC inspections, GIS mapping, and data submission to the Entebbe Data Processing Centre.
Inclusive housing projects: For the Masese Women Housing initiative, we engaged stakeholders, demarcated all plots per the approved layout, and supported registration through the Ministry Zonal Office
