Kole-Gulu-Nebbi-Arua 132Kv Power Transmission Line Project

The GOU represented by Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development MEMD through UETCL is implementing the construction of Kole-Gulu-Nebbi-Arua 130kV double circuit transmission line being implemented by KEC international. KEC sub contracted SPEC to undertake the route alignment and detail surveys and check surveys for the project for purposes of preparing the line profiles and tower schedules, and locating the various tower positions on the ground.

Topographical survey for Bubulo-Bududa Circular Road and Mbale-Nkokonjeru

The government of Uganda represented by Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) is implementing the construction of the Mbale-Nkokonjeru Road and Bubulo-Bududa circular road in the districts of Mbale, Manafwa and Bududa as part of government’s efforts to improve connectivity and facilitate mobility and trade within those districts.

Cadastral survey and asset valuation assessment for compensation of Persons affected by land acquisition of the various trunk lines and well pads under RAP2, and 93km of the feeder pipeline from Buliisa to Hoima under RAP4. Systematic adjudication and certification projects for Mbarara district

The GOU though MLHUD is implementing the first fit for purpose project aimed at securing land rights for various people in the country by adopting the pro poor land administration measures. The project involved survey, mapping and adjudication of 37,000 parcels in Mbarara district, data processing and submission to the DPC for title processing.

TReview of Engineering Designs, preparation of Bidding Documents and Procurement Support for Fast Track Lot 3 (Wandi – Yumbe- Moyo) and for Fast Track Lot 4 (Onduparaka- Odramachu- Abiria) for the proposed construction of rural electrification projects in the rural areas of Uganda under ERT III

Rural Electrification Agency under ERT III project is implementing the construction of LOT3&LOT4 Onduparaka - Odramachaku and Wandi – Yumbe - Moyo 33Kv medium voltage power line projects. The project development process entailed design reviews and preparation of BOQs to guide the contractor’s procurement process. COLENCO consulting was contracted to undertake the design update process who eventually contracted Spot Surveyors & Engineering Consultants to undertake the field surveys and preparation of the drawing to guide BOQ development.
